[SAnews.gov.za] Deputy Minister of Women, Youth and Persons with Disabilities Steve Letsike has warned that the constitutional promise of equality will remain unfulfilled if deaf South Africans are unable to access education, justice, healthcare, or participate in the economic opportunities in their own language.
